Welcome, friend! My name is Donna Kay, and I am so thankful you are here! My passion is to encourage your heart in the ever-changing seasons of life—everyday relationships, marriage, parenting, and friendships—and above all, inspire your faith journey with biblical truth from God’s Word. Learning to find the beauty and joy in the grace-filled, God-given moments of our present season is my heart’s desire for us both.

Encouragement truly is a gift to strengthen and inspire us along life’s journey. Within life’s seasons, each of us has a unique story to share, and here is where our two life stories are woven beautifully together.

As for my story, being a wife to my love Dan for the past 25 years and a mama to my two precious boys is the joy of my heart. The Lord has gifted me with a love for writing and teaching, in addition to a passion for the study of God’s inspired Word—the Bible. Sharing with others the same comfort and encouragement that I have received from Him—our true Encourager and Comforter—and the unfailing promises from His Word is the desire of my heart.

For almost three decades, our family has lived an unpredictable, ever-changing life in professional baseball, traveling from coast-to-coast and continent-to-continent following the Lord’s calling for our lives. Amidst our seasons of uncertainty, God’s faithfulness continues to be our sure foundation. The reason for my confident hope within my every season has been and is the very presence of Jesus Himself as my only source of salvation, true joy, and peace.

As for your story, what an honor and privilege to walk alongside each of you amidst the seasons in your life, offering words of life, truth, hope, comfort, and encouragement, pointing you to the Faithful God in your every season. It is my heartfelt desire for you to come to know and love Jesus Christ as we journey together. I hope to hear from you too so that we can be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.
